FAQ
What is delivery network?
Email warmup is the process of gradually increasing your email account’s outgoing volume while making sure your emails are frequently opened and replied to. This builds your sender reputation and increases your chances of hitting your future prospect’s inbox. Instantly’s warmup system is completely automated and requires just one click to get started.
Why is warmup important?
Warmup is important because it significantly increases the rate at which you land in your prospect’s inbox as opposed to the spam or promotions folder. This means that your emails will get opened more, which means you will get more replies, more meetings and most importantly, more deals.
How long should you warmup?
Warmup should always be enabled. Even if you’re not actively using your sending accounts – leave warmup on. Your sender reputation will only increase with time, so disabling warmup only makes sense if you plan on discontinuing using these email accounts.
If you are starting with a brand new domain and email accounts, it is recommended to warm them up for a minimum of 2 weeks (preferrably 4) before starting any kind of cold outreach.
What warmup limits should you use?
We recommend starting with our default limits set inside Instantly. Once you start sending more and more volume, you can start experimenting with higher limits, but we recommend being cautious with going crazy with limits unless you want to burn your domains and accounts fast.
What does warmup look like?
Warmup emails all have unique ID in their subject lines so they are easily distinguishable from regular emails.
All warmup emails are AI generated and replicate human conversations.
How big is Instantly's deliverability network?
We have over 1,000,000+ real email accounts in our warmup pool and that number is growing every day.
