Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone who accesses the Prokurit website at prokurit.com or uses the Prokurit procurement orchestration platform (together, the “Service”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe or misappropriate another party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to breach any security or authentication measure, without Prokurit’s prior written consent;
  • Access accounts, data, or systems belonging to another Customer without authorization;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other code intended to disrupt or damage the Service or its users;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to a third party on a standalone basis without Prokurit’s written authorization;
  • Interfere with or place undue load on the Service’s infrastructure, including through automated scraping or excessive API use beyond documented limits; or
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
2. Data-Specific Restrictions

Do not submit Customer Data that you do not have the right to submit, or that violates a third party’s rights. The Service is designed for business procurement data — do not submit payment card numbers or other cardholder data subject to PCI DSS; Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other government-issued identification numbers; or protected health information or other data subject to HIPAA or similar health-privacy law. The Service is not designed or certified to process these categories of data.

3. Enforcement

A violation of this AUP may result in warning, suspension, or termination of access to the Service, at Prokurit’s discretion and in proportion to the violation, in addition to any other remedy available under our Terms of Service or applicable law. Where practical, Prokurit will attempt to notify Customer before suspending access for a violation by one of its authorized users.

We may update this AUP from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
